The HDDC or Heavy Duty Distributor Council of Canada recently announced that they will now be managed by Automotive Industries Association at Canada. This agreement had taken in to effect on July 1. This organization says that it is sharing a lot of synergies along with AIA Canada, & does engages in the common initiatives like government relations, market research, industry outreach, membership development & hosting of the networking events. Under this arrangement, board of HDDC says that the members will be managed by group having experience in the building of strong voice along with the government. As mercury had climbed, so did the confidence of James Buescher. Buescher had held lead for most of way for temperatures coming close to 100 F, fending off the challengers for winning race of NASCAR Truck Series recently @ Kentucky Speedway. Asked regarding oppressive heat, and Buescher tried very hard to not smirk. He said that he is from Texas and he is used to it. Buescher, had started night fourth in this season standings, had taken lead in the Turner Motorsports Chevrolet for 1st time in about 27 laps in to race of 150-circuits & had dominated rest the way. It was reported that Bharat Benz trucks from the Daimler India Commercial Vehicle’s which get launched for India on 9th of September and the price will be around five to ten percent more than the competition. VRV Sriprasad, the VP @ marketing & sales has the press people that these trucks will be priced competitively, but features that they will offer will be a big benefit to the customers and hence the price is more by around five to ten percent. This company hasn’t yet unveiled the prices of their commercial vehicles but he said that these trucks will offer better payback because it is ten percent better than the competition in terms of fuel efficiency.
