Heavy Duty Distributor Council under new management
The HDDC or Heavy Duty Distributor Council of Canada recently announced that they will now be managed by Automotive Industries Association at Canada.
This agreement had taken in to effect on July 1. This organization says that it is sharing a lot of synergies along with AIA Canada, & does engages in the common initiatives like government relations,
market research, industry outreach, membership development & hosting of the networking events.
Under this arrangement, board of HDDC says that the members will be managed by group having experience in the building of strong voice along with the government. This group too said that they will build new plan of business around the adding value of member.
With the HDDC’s growth potential they are now looking forward for working along with AIA for fulfilling the needs of the members’ & driving Council in to next phase of the evolution. This was said by the Ian Johnston, who is president at HDDC. AIA will enter in to this relationship having strong understanding of sector of non-profit & understanding of the industry but will be allowing HDDC for retaining the own Heavy Duty Trucks identity that is independent while using all synergies that AIA want to give.
