The incredibly prominent Ford Ranger Pickup truck is once again making headlines, and again for the good reasons. According to the latest reports coming in the prominent pickup from Ford has made history by becoming the very first pickup truck to get the 5-Star NCAP rating. It’s worth mentioning that no pickup truck has ever achieved the maximum 5-star safety evaluation from EuroNCAP. Now, to make it a tad clear for you let us explain the 5-Star NCAP rating. Basically the 5-Star NCAP rating  means that the Ford Ranger has secured 89 % for on the whole safety, which is the highest score ever got by a pickup truck and at the same time its one of the eminent scores that has ever been recorded by NCAP for any sort of automobile. There’s no denying the fact that the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is one of the most potent trucks ever made by Ford, but it seems that it’s just not enough for Ford. At least that is what the newly announced changes for the 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor suggests. All the newly showcased changes are intended towards making the already competent high-speed functioning truck even more powerful and capable. Among the highlights of the fresh Raptor the finest piece of engineering that we found was the availability of a locking differential for the sovereign suspensions. It should be known that last year’s Ford F-150 SVT Raptor boasted an open locking rear and front differential. We first saw the prototype version of this pickup at this year Geneva Motor Show, but the real think was revealed at the Frankfurt Auto Show. The SsangYong made use of the German auto show for revealing their all new production-ready used the German motor show arena to make public its brand new construction-ready quad-cab SUT-1 pickup truck. The SUT name of the pickup refers to a Sports Utility Truck, which is what the SsangYong likes to call their SUT-1 pickup. The SsangYong SUT-1 will be offered in four-wheel-drive or rear-wheel-drive versions. The power for the SsangYong SUT-1 will come from a 2.0 ltr diesel 4-cylinder engine generating maximum power of 153 bhp, and the engine here will be mated either with a 6 speed manual transmission of 6 speed automatic drive.
